Caleb Oliver is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful while in store. His notes and explanations are thorough in Corrigo and in person, and he makes recommendations based on what is needed, whether it be parts or replacement, and he always follows up on his work orders.

He came in a few days ago to look at a few things for me, and I asked if he could take the time to look at a few more things. He had a full schedule, but called in a request to help us with a heating cabinet not temping, cold line not temping, replaced a freezer bulb, re-caulked a bad touch-up prior and in the window as well.

He documented everything in Corrigo for this as well. I appreciate that he always has a great attitude, and is dedicating to doing his job with integrity – going above and beyond while maintaining communication is crucial.
