Matt Salehi

I have worked with Matt for a few years prior to coming on board with NTB however I had no idea the level of knowledge, responsibility and commitment to excellence he had. Very quickly within the first week of spending one on one time with him, I was humbled and literally intimidated by what he has done to develop the technology department. I came on board thinking I had so much knowledge to bring to him but now I feel like it is the other way around. It is truly awesome to see what he has accomplished in organization and planning over the past few years. I am very honored to work with him and could not think of anyone more deserving my first recognition award.
