Dannette is very reliable and hard working. Last week Dannette was able to carry the weight of the entire morning shift without showing any frustrations but rather determination to get our guests order out on time and accurate. Between staying over after your shift to ensure a smooth transition or showing up on your off day to assist with coverage. Pushing through on days when it’s hard speaks value of the type of leader you are going to become.
